Four documents, each one plain text at its own address, each with the SHA-256 of the exact bytes served there. They are plain text on purpose: a file you can read, save, print and hash, with nothing between you and what was agreed.

Checking a copy
Normalise any CRLF line ending to LF and hash the bytes. On a Unix shell: sed -e 's/\r$//' terms-1.2.txt | sha256sum. The figure above is computed from the file this page serves, not typed beside it, so a copy that disagrees is a copy that changed.
What a version means
When you enrol a log, the application your own key signs names the version and the digest of the Terms and of the Agreement you accepted, and the witness admits only under versions it holds itself. So the record of your admission says which text you agreed to, and anyone holding that application can check it without asking us. A superseded version keeps answering at its own address, because the record of an admission names it.
Changes
A change is a new version with a new file, a new digest and its own address, and it names the digest of the version it replaces. The Terms and the Agreement change together, because the witness holds both names at once. We write to you at least thirty days before a change takes effect, and you may end the contract at no cost before it does.
Superseded versions
Every version that has been in force stays where it was, with its own digest. The record of an admission names the version it was made under, so a customer holding that record and a copy of the text has something to check it against for as long as the record matters.

The other documents on this site
The privacy notice is about the data of the person reading it, which is a different question from the Agreement. The Witness Practice Statement says who operates the witness and what it undertakes, and it is versioned and hashed the same way. The Impressum carries the company details.
