Price list 2026-08-24

Per archive. Never per record.

You are charged for the archives you keep — not for what your agents do inside them. A price that went up when an agent got busier would be a reason to record less, and less is the one thing this product must never make attractive.

Archives

One archive is one agent, one customer, or one line of business — whatever you need to be able to hand over on its own. Charged in bands, like tax brackets: the hundred-and-first archive is charged at its own rate and the first hundred keep theirs.

1–3 archivesfree

1,001 and up archives€2.00 each

Per archive, per month, before VAT. The first 3 are free and stay free — no card is asked for until the 4th.

Anchors

An anchor is the moment a witness operated by an organization other than yours countersigns where your record had got to. Every archive includes 25,000 a month, which is more than most accounts ever reach. Beyond that:

next 200,000, beyond the allowance€0.20 per 1,000
next 1,000,000€0.15 per 1,000
beyond that€0.10 per 1,000

These are the rates that will apply. Anchors are not invoiced under this price list — what it charges is the per-archive fee above — and any change to that is a new list with a new date, never an edit to this one.

What you are never charged for

  • Records. Not per record, not per token, not per megabyte of what your agent said. Record everything; it costs the same.
  • Being over a limit. Nothing here stops a recording. If an account goes past what it is paying for, we write to you — we do not close the door on the evidence while you sort it out.
  • Reading your own evidence. Exports and exhibits are part of the archive, including for an archive you have closed.

The parts people ask about

VAT

Every figure here is before VAT. VAT is charged where it is due, and the reverse charge applies to EU business customers where its conditions are met. You give us your VAT id, billing address and country in Settings, our payment provider works the VAT out from them, and you tell us when the number changes.

Self-hosted and negotiated

Running it inside your own estate is an annual licence rather than this list, because what is being bought is different. Write to us and we will tell you the number.

Changing the list

This list is dated (2026-08-24). A change is a new list with a new date; an invoice from last October stays answerable against the list that produced it.

Cancelling

Monthly, no term. Closing an account has its own process, because evidence has an export window and a deletion date rather than a switch.

Three archives, free, no card.
